How billing works
What the Team price covers
One workspace for up to 10 members, with up to 20 active templates and 5000 interview sessions. Candidates never need an account and never count as members.
Monthly or yearly
€149 per month, or €1,490 per year, for the whole workspace. To move between monthly and yearly, write to us — the change is prorated, and we would rather work it out with you than surprise your card.
Taxes
Prices exclude VAT and similar taxes, which are added where they apply.
How to pay
The Team plan is available now by request and invoiced directly. Write to support@frimbim.com and we will set it up for your workspace.
Cancelling
Write to us to stop the plan. It ends at the end of the period already invoiced. When Team ends, the workspace returns to Personal. Members keep their places and nothing they created is removed; invitations not yet accepted stop working.
Refunds
The unused part of a period is not refunded. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland can withdraw within 14 days of their first payment for a full refund. Read the Refund Policy
